MOT Quailty Control
Authorised Examiners must appoint a Quality Controller and have an adequate system of quality control at each of their Vehicle Testing stations, each tester must have at least one full QC check every 2 months!
We can do these and make records for you independantly. The DVSA can potentially award you points for good management and external impartial quality control.

With over 20 years of Motor Industry experience, we can support, help and build a robust inspection of the MOT, along with help to lower the risk of mistakes running a busy Garage and Test Station.
Independant training given to exisiting, new and training MOT testers, guidance to build a solid routine and get a DVSA site sign off.
What the DVSA say:
- Use a third party to check both the MOT test standards and management of your MOT centre
- Choose an experienced MOT tester to carry out assurance checks
When to do the checks?
Check at least one MOT test from each tester every 2 months.
